Preamble:
An She Guild shall have a point system, called the BEROG (Best Eye Ripper Outter for the Guild) point system, as well as a full executive responsible for deciding the outcome of the guild, referred to as the Executive. Any regulations outlined herein shall apply only within reasonable limits, at the discretion of the raid leaders. Any applications of this reasonable limits clause must provoke a change in policy.
Section I: Point Allotment
A) Points shall be assigned for the following to the player who has ownership of the given character for use on any of his or her characters:
1) For both downing bosses and for every hour of raiding or standby status within the raid, with individual amounts for each boss and hourly rate based on difficulty. (Both described in Appendix 1.1)
2) Being present at the end of a single night's raid. (One Hour's Points)
Note: This bonus will only apply to raids that should typically take greater than two hours to complete.
3) Being on Standby or On Time. (One Hour's Points)
i) Waiting at the time of announced invites - 30 mins before the raid begins - is expected. Beyond this threshold, you will not be considered late until beyond 15 minutes before the raid.
ii) Points shall be assigned to any individual in the raid 15 minutes before the raid is scheduled to begin.
iii) Individuals shall receive the points for being on time whether or not they are selected to be in the raid.
4) Actions for the benefit of the guild. (Circumstantial)
For actions done beyond the call of duty for the guild's benefit, but not described in this document, BEROG points may be assigned by a Guild Leader at his discretion.
B) There shall be a BEROG Point Cap, which shall be:
1) Set at one week's worth of BEROG.
The total number of BEROG gained in a single current week shall be used as the current cap number.
2) Applied only to individuals with less than 60% Attendance.
Attendance shall be:
i) Assigned only to those online at the
end of any given raid's night.
ii) Maintained over the last 8 weeks only.
iii) Posted in the Announcements forum every Tuesday morning.
3) Points shall be capped every Tuesday morning.
Section II: Raid Qualifications
A) In the event of 10-man raids:
No BEROG point related rules shall apply to 10 man raids - with the exception of loot priority. 10 man raids may be created by any member to enjoy with any of his or her friends selected at his or her discretion.
B) In the event of 25-man raids:
In the event of end-game progression, the best performing individuals will have a higher priority in attending raids. Roles will be taken into consideration in selecting individuals.
Section III: Item distribution
A) In the event of a Pick-Up Group:
Where at least one member present is not of the guild, the run shall be considered to be a PUG run. In the event of a PUG run, members will follow the standard /roll system for items that would be considered an upgrade in order to give the non-guild members a fair chance at items. Guild members will, however, expend points for items that they receive in the amount of the boss point value plus the hourly rate as described in Appendix 1.1. Ad hoc limits to the eligibility of PUGs in the receiving of loot may be made at the raid leaders discretion so long as the PUG has consented to the limits prior to his, her, or their invite(s).
B) In the event of a full guild run:
1) The minimum charge for an item.
Whether or not anyone has either rolled or bid against you, the minimum charge for an item will be the sum of the value of the boss that has dropped it and the hourly point rate for that particular instance.
2) Auction system.
In the event that two members both desire an item, an auction shall begin. The bid shall start at the minimum charge for the item, and shall continue until one member bids higher than either the second member is willing to go or until the second member does not have enough points to outbid the first.
NOTE: When someone is playing a character that does not belong to him or her, (s)he can decide whether (s)he would like to expend their own BEROG points on that character or not.
3) Conditions under which you cannot bid.
i) If you have negative BEROG points, you cannot bid on items. In the event that no one is bidding against you, you can still take an item for its minimum value.
ii) Councillors reserve the right to veto any bid deemed inappropriate for any individual based on differences between class/spec of the interested parties with respect to any given item.
iii) Loot is distributed in accordance with a nine point loot priority system used to reflect the anticipated projected value of a given characters spec with regards to guild progression. All specs of all characters will have an assigned letter, with priority for items always given to the letters nearest to the start of the alphabet.
a) Main Tank: Designated for the main tank of An She.
b) Core Raider: Any raider deemed to be critical to the short term core progression of raids.
b2) Core Healer: Any core healer. This spec shall be considered a higher priority than B for any gear specifically designed for healers, equal priority to B with regards to any gear that has both spirit and either haste or mastery as stats. This spec shall be considered lower priority than B with respect to any tier tokens as well as any gear that does not have spirit and haste or mastery, or is not specifically designed for healers.
c) All three of the following descriptions shall be on equal footing:
Raider: Any raider deemed helpful to the core progression of raids.
Raiding Initiate: Any initiate that officers feel may benefit the progression of raids.
Probationary: Any core character's offspec that officers deem critical to the short term core progression of raids.
d) All three of the following descriptions shall be on equal footing:
Raid Alt: Designated alts that the officers deem important to the progression of the secondary 25 player raid.
Casual Initiates & Raiders: Any initiate or raider that officers feel may not necessarily benefit the short term progression of raids.
Helpful Offspecs: Any offspecs that officers feel may somehow benefit raid progression.
e) Raid Applicant or PUG: An applicant or PUG that we're testing in a 25 man clear. Note that this letter assignment will always have their loot distributed exclusively by either loot council or rolling when deemed appropriate.
f) Member/Initiate: A member or initiate's main character that is not on any of the above lists.
g) Alt/Offspec: An alternate character or offspec that is not on any of the above lists.
h) Alt + Offspec: Any alternate character's offspec.
i) Vanity: Used for bidding for items for pure vanity purposes.
Section IV: The Executive

Web Administrator: To maintain the website, forum, and vent server.
