An She has 8 tagged ranks of Guild Members:
      Unassigned: This rank has guild chat listening privileges only, and no guild bank access. All newly invited members will have this rank until a Guild Leader is able to assign a correct rank. This rank is also used when speaking privileges need to be temporarily revoked.
      Inactive: This rank has guild chat speaking and listening privileges, but no guild bank access. Any members of An She in good standing who have not logged on their character in one month's time are moved to this rank.
      Initiate: This rank has guild chat speaking and listening privileges, but no guild bank access. During the initiate period, any individual ranked Councillor or above can remove the member at any time for any reason. Initiates can be initiates for a number of reasons, enumerated they are:
1) Newly invited applicants.
2) Real life friends of Members or Raiders.
3) Alternate characters of initiates.
Initiates traditionally spend between one to three months in this rank until an arbitrarily decided time at which it is believed that they both should and will permanently remain in the guild. Any such initiates would be promoted to Member at such a time.
      Member: This rank has guild chat speaking and listening privileges as well as the following guild bank tabs:
People's Tab: 15 withdrawals per day.
Crafting Tab: 15 withdrawals per day.
No withdrawals permitted for any other tabs.
Members can be members for a number of reasons, enumerated they are:
1) Initiates who have completed their trial period.
2) Alternate characters of members ranked Member or above.
In order to be promoted from Member, one of two things must take place:
1) There is space for them to regularily raid, they are available to regularily raid, and they have filled out the necessary paperwork to be promoted to Raider.
2) The Member must have made him or herself an invaluable asset to the guild in some way, at which time he or she would be promoted to Keeper status.
      Raider: This rank has guild chat speaking and listening privileges. Individuals who are ranked as Raider will automatically receive invites to all 25 man content calendar sign-ups. Raiders have access to the following guild bank tabs:
The People's Tab: 15 withdrawals per day.
Crafting Tab: 15 withdrawals per day.
The Tavern: 2 withdrawals per day.
No withdrawals permitted for any other tabs.
In order to be promoted from Raider status, one of two things must take place:
1) There is space available in a Keeper position (relevant to the Raider), at which time he or she would be promoted to Keeper status to specifically maintain certain tasks.
2) There is space available in a Councillor position (relevant to the Raider) and the Raider has displayed the necessary skills and leadership potential to be promoted into such a position.
      Keeper: This rank has guild chat speaking and listening privileges and requires an authenticator. Individuals who are ranked as Keeper will automatically receive invites to all 25 man content calendar sign-ups and are responsible for specific tasks in the guild. In order to be promoted from Keeper status, there must be space available in a Councillor position (relevant to the Keeper) and the Keeper must have displayed the necessary skills and leadership potential to be promoted into such a position.
      Councillor: This rank has guild chat and officer chat speaking and listening privileges and requires an authenticator. Councillors also have the ability to invite, remove, promote, or demote any members of the guild. Individuals who are ranked as Councillor will automatically receive invites to all 25 man content calendar sign-ups. Councillors will frequently adopt multiple positions and are internally ranked extensively. For a more detailed Councillor position outline, visit the

Promotions from Councillor status rarely if ever take place. This requires that the person has showed extensive dedication and leadership abilities,
and shall only take place when a Guild Leader has resigned.
      Guild Leader: Guild Leaders have unlimited access to everything guild related and retain veto power over all decisions made in the guild. This is the only rank with the ability to withdraw gold from the guild bank.
